We provide many options for bill payment and customer service such as pay by phone, MoneyGram, mail payment and more. Some of our services will require the attention of our trained service staff. Request a Payoff

A borrower can email documents@franklincredit.com or fax in the request to (201) 839-4512. The Payoff request must have borrowers signed authorization to release payoff information. The request will be processed within 3 business days and may be provided via fax or email if requested, or mailed to the home of record.
